Payment & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit
To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the estimated service total is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service on the scheduled date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may reschedule their appointment once without losing the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a full pay of total service. A new deposit to rebook.
Non-Refundable Policy
All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your time slot and prevent other bookings.
Late Arrival / Access Issues
If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time or must wait more than 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
